Devido à solicitações de colegas e outros que acessam meu site. Começarei a escrever, também, em Português.
De mesma forma, depois de escrever bastante sobre o framework do Scrum, vou começar a postar textos com viés mais para unir Engenharia e Gestão Ágil com SCRUM/Kanban, associados a ferramentas e técnicas que pego de outros paradigmas e adapto às minha necessidades.
Caso haja interesse em ter os meus primeiros textos traduzidos, por favor, informe que eu providencio uma versão em Português. Os novos textos serão escritos em Português ou Inglês, de acordo com o pública a ser atingido, e, em caso de eu perceber a necessidade, publico nos dois idiomas.

I am a professional with over 40 years of experience in Electronic Engineering, Systems Engineering and Analysis, and Project Management. I managed a private telephone equipment factory. I improved indicators and increased the company's market. Directly managed the company's projects, both for new products, as well as for updating and adapting products already in production.
I was the technical representative of Positivo Informática Ltda. In Rio Grande do Sul, when I developed service processes, diagnosis and maintenance of computer equipment, both in the field and with the assembly of its own laboratory to perform the service. Managed and executed computer network projects. Managed and executed software projects internally and for the company's customers. I started using my own directives, then I improved with the use of Microsoft Framework Solution.
I worked for 20 and a half years as a Systems Analyst at the then CEEE-D, Cia. State Electricity Distribution. I managed and participated in teams of software projects for internal use of the corporation. I learned by course the workflows indicated by PMI, which I customized for my use, with the incorporation of artifacts and typical object-oriented tools and, little by little, introducing artifacts and tools from agile methodologies.
I have experience in teaching, with training courses in Private Telephony, Principles of Robotics, Computer Programming, Computer Maintenance, and Computer Architecture, in addition to mentoring in project management and professional guidance.
I work as a freelance consultant at the moment.
